You can purchase a plan and pay $60 for 4 sessions or they are $30 each, there is a dropdown box where you can make your selection. From 10am AEST every second Sunday beginning on the 19th January. If you're like me then the fun part is actually learning. Join me in the studio as I work through the latest painting destined either for the gallery or exhibition. These sessions are casual but will always contain a challenging element to keep you (and me) on our toes. If you are looking to motivate yourself, or challenge yourself to think about, and incorporate new elements into your work. Or if you need to review some of the basic principles this is the class to attend. The online forum allows me the opportunity to share elements of my creative process that you simply can't get in a workshop environment. I will include thoughts on the business side of art, and speak from the heart when it comes to the drive behind subject selection and how it is painted. You can either join me for a single session or book a series of 4. Technical things that I will be exploring in 2025: Revision of value and colour Strengthening compositions by focusing on the dark and light patterns (notan) Exploring concepts of design, texture and edges to enhance the story. Enhancing the feeling of light. - Going beyond what I see in the image. Exploring acrylic and oil on different surfaces. (The donkey is actually an acrylic painting). Mentoring students to help you reach new goals. Each session will be 2 hours, I would encourage you to bring a notebook and write at least one thing that you will practice between sessions, beginning your statement sentence with 'In the next .......(week, day,month) I will........'. And see if it brings success ;) There will be a recording available to download through zoom. (I won't be putting them up on my website, this will get the recorded class to you sooner). Available for 1 month after the class. If I need to re-schedule a lesson I will let you know.
